Job Title: Marketing and Sales Collaboration Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Sales Collaboration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Inside Sales team and the Marketing group to enhance messaging and create impactful collateral materials that effectively support our sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Inside Sales team to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring that marketing materials are aligned with sales strategies.
• Fine-tune messaging to resonate with target audiences, improving conversion rates and customer engagement.
• Develop, update, and manage sales collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets, ensuring they are consistent with brand guidelines and objectives.
• Conduct research to identify market trends and customer preferences, providing insights to enhance content and messaging.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials and campaigns.
• Monitor the effectiveness of marketing materials through analysis and feedback, continuously seeking ways to improve and innovate.
• Support training initiatives by providing the sales team with the necessary tools and resources to effectively communicate our value proposition.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in marketing, sales support, or related roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, design software).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of digital marketing strategies is a plus.
