We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales & Marketing to join our team. This role is crucial in aligning our budgeted top-line revenue and Net Operating Income (NOI) goals. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the VP of Sales & Marketing to enhance client engagement across our portfolio while addressing specific hotel needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies tailored to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Collaborate with the VP of Sales & Marketing to align efforts with overall business objectives and market trends.
• Enhance client engagement through personalized strategies that reflect the unique features of each property in our portfolio.
• Monitor and analyze market performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve their goals and drive performance.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of executive-level sales and marketing experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and enhancing client satisfaction.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into strategic initiatives.
