Job Description: Team Member – Sales and Marketing Team

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our Sales and Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting our services and products while contributing to our overall growth. A background in nursing will be advantageous, as it enables a deeper understanding of our clientele and enhances our service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.
• Participate in outreach programs and promotional events to raise awareness of our services.
• Provide insights and feedback from clients to improve service offerings.
• Assist in developing marketing materials and campaigns tailored to our target audience.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

• Valid Florida RN License is mandatory.
• Valid Level 2 Background Check.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting while also being self-motivated.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Nursing or related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare is highly desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
