Job Description: Community Engagement Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Community Engagement Specialist to lead our community initiatives and mentorship programs. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our marketing team to expand our referral networks, strengthen community engagement, and effectively track the success of our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Development: Design and implement innovative mentorship programs that foster personal and professional growth within the community.
• Partnership Building: Collaborate with local organizations, businesses, and stakeholders to establish and maintain strong referral networks.
• Community Engagement: Plan and execute events and initiatives that promote community involvement and support the needs of local residents.
• Marketing Collaboration: Work alongside the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance program visibility and outreach efforts.
• Data Tracking & Reporting: Monitor program effectiveness through data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure continuous improvement and engagement.
• Advocacy: Serve as a representative of the organization in community settings, advocating for the needs and interests of the programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Communications, Marketing).
• Proven experience in community engagement, program management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
• Passion for mentoring and community service.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
