Job Title: Documentation Specialist for Referral Marketing Systems

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Documentation Specialist to join our team, focusing on enhancing our referral marketing systems. In this role, you will work closely with the licensed administrator and the director of nursing services to develop and maintain comprehensive documentation that supports our marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the licensed administrator and director of nursing services to understand the requirements and nuances of our referral marketing systems.
• Draft, edit, and review documentation that effectively communicates processes, guidelines, and best practices for referral marketing.
• Ensure that all documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to team members and stakeholders.
• Regularly update documentation to reflect changes in procedures, policies, or regulations.
• Assist in training staff on referral marketing processes, providing necessary materials and support.
• Foster positive relationships with external stakeholders to enhance public relations efforts.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in customer service, public relations, or marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in using software tools for documentation (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus but not mandatory.
