We are seeking a dynamic and creative Campaign Development and Digital Design Specialist to join our innovative marketing team. In this role, you will spearhead the development of engaging campaigns that resonate across multiple platforms, including Oxygen, E!, SYFY, and Golf Channel, while also leveraging complementary digital assets such as Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, and GolfPass.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive viewer engagement and brand awareness across various media platforms.
• Video Production: Oversee the production of high-quality video content, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and brand standards. Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and execute compelling narratives.
• Digital Design: Create visually stunning digital assets that enhance the overall campaign effectiveness, including graphics for social media, websites, and promotional materials.
• Analytical Insights: Utilize excellent analytical skills to assess campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Communication Excellence: Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate campaign strategies, concepts, and results to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in campaign development, video production, and digital design.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and tools used in media and marketing.
