Job Description:
As a Lottery Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our lottery services. Your responsibilities will include monitoring arrival and departure times, managing issue resolution, and documenting problems and their resolutions to ensure efficient dispatch. You will also facilitate the timely delivery of marketing supplies to our retail partners, supporting promotional initiatives and enhancing brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the logistics of lottery operations, ensuring all processes are smooth and efficient.
• Track and record arrival and departure times of lottery products and equipment.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, documenting all failures and their resolutions for reporting to the Dispatch team.
• Collaborate with marketing to coordinate the distribution of promotional materials and supplies to retail locations.
• Maintain effective communication with retail partners to address any operational concerns and provide support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in operations, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
