Job Title: Omni-Channel Sales Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Omni-Channel Sales Manager to oversee and enhance our in-store selling model and overall digital strategies. This role is crucial in ensuring that all brand standards are met, including merchandising, plan-o-grams (POGs), and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

In-Store Management: Lead the implementation of our selling model within the store, ensuring an engaging customer experience that aligns with our brand values.

Merchandising Standards: Maintain and optimize visual merchandising standards, ensuring that the store layout and product displays adhere to POG guidelines and effectively represent the brand.

Omni-Channel Strategy: Drive the effective execution of omni-channel fulfillment processes, including Ship From Store (SFS), Same Day Delivery (SDD), and Buy Online Pick Up In Store (BOPIS). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

Digital Integration: Ensure all processes that support digital strategies are effectively utilized, enhancing customer engagement and driving sales across all platforms.

Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Team Leadership: Train and mentor staff on best practices for both in-store and digital sales, fostering a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail management with a focus on omni-channel sales.
- Strong understanding of merchandising, plan-o-grams, and marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with digital fulfillment processes (SFS, SDD, BOPIS).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve performance.
