We are seeking an experienced SEO Experimentation Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee and execute SEO experimentation initiatives aimed at enhancing our online visibility and driving organic traffic. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative SEO strategies and tests that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of SEO experiments and tests to identify effective strategies for improving search rankings and user engagement.
• Collaborate with engineering, content, analytics, and performance marketing teams to ensure alignment and integration of SEO initiatives within broader marketing strategies.
• Analyze and report on the performance of SEO campaigns, providing actionable insights based on data to inform future strategies.
• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance our approach.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for ongoing SEO experimentation and optimization efforts.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in SEO strategy development and execution, with a strong understanding of experimentation methodologies.
• Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
