Position Overview:

This role is integral to supporting our ongoing marketing initiatives, participating in promotional events, and enhancing our retail operations. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, highly ethical, and fluent in both Spanish and English, allowing them to effectively engage with our diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ongoing Training & Team Collaboration: Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on industry trends and company products.

• Promotion & Marketing Initiatives: Assist in planning and executing promotional events and marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive sales.

• Retail Support: Help with various retail tasks, including inventory management, customer service, and sales reporting.

• Digital Proficiency: Utilize digital systems and tools efficiently to manage marketing activities and track progress.

• Customer Engagement: Provide excellent customer service, engaging with clients in both Spanish and English to ensure a positive shopping experience.

• Adherence to Ethics: Maintain a high level of integrity and ethics in all interactions, reflecting our company values.

Qualifications:

• Tech-savvy with a strong grasp of digital systems.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (preferred).
