• Identify and report any operational problems, detailing the issues and resolutions to the Dispatch team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless distribution of marketing materials and supplies.
• Maintain accurate records of supply deliveries and operational workflows.
• Support the implementation of innovative digital solutions to enhance lottery operations and customer experiences.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues related to retail and digital lottery operations.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our lottery games.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping software.
