Job Description: Compliance and Regulatory Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compliance and Regulatory Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and regulatory adherence of our organizational processes and documentation. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, HR, and Marketing departments to monitor performance, track compliance metrics, and ensure regulatory standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and internal policies, conducting thorough audits on contracts and agreements.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Compliance, Legal, HR, and Marketing teams to support performance tracking and regulatory monitoring initiatives.

• Contract Auditing: Review and verify contracts for compliance across both digital platforms and physical documentation, identifying areas for improvement or correction.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of compliance-related activities, findings, and recommendations, ensuring completeness and clarity.

• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on compliance metrics and performance indicators, escalating potential risks as necessary.

• Training & Education: Assist in the development and delivery of training materials and sessions to educate employees on compliance requirements and best practices.

• Policy Development: Contribute to the creation and revision of compliance policies and procedures to meet regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
• Proven experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and industry standards related to our operations.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in auditing contracts and compliance verification.
• Knowledge of both digital and physical compliance landscapes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
