Communicate all operating policies and/or issues at meetings
Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolve problems; identify trends
Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for receiving product, equipment utilization,
inventory management and shipping.
Work closely with CEO and other team members to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation.
Work closely with the inventory manager and team to perform analysis of our inventory and ensure we are utilizing our inventory effectively and purchasing in accordance with requirements and objectives, and maintaining solid inventory
data.
Keeps up to date on overall activities of the team, identifying problem areas and taking corrective actions
Review inventory levels to ensure product is arriving and orders are being fulfilled in a timely manner
Provides day-to-day guidance and oversight of staff

Essential Skills and Qualifications
5+ years of digital marketing experience
Proven experience with digital marketing and improving SEO
Experience with list building
Demonstrate strong leadership, project management, decision-making, analytical, and
problem-solving skills
Creativity, flexibility, and an ability to manage and reset priorities in a rapidly changing
environment
Team player who is comfortable working with and gaining commitment from personnel across different functional groups
A Bachelor’s Degree or Business Diploma is a must
Expected salary: $55000 – 60000 per year
