We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and Operations Coordinator to join our team at Loews. This dynamic role involves active participation in Loews First and other corporate marketing programs, ensuring that our branding and promotional efforts are executed flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in the planning and execution of corporate marketing initiatives, contributing to the development of strategies that enhance brand visibility and guest engagement.
• Monitor the occupancy status of all due-out rooms, ensuring effective communication with the operations team and addressing any potential issues proactively.
• Maintain comprehensive records and reports related to marketing activities and occupancy trends, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance.
• Assist in creating marketing materials and presentations that align with corporate branding guidelines.
• Support the marketing team in coordinating events and promotions that drive guest experiences and satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor marketing strategies to inform our initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with marketing tools and analytics software.
• Previous experience in hospitality or marketing is a plus.
