• Leadership: Directly manage a team of 5-10 sales professionals specializing in Commercial Real Estate, Digital Advertising, Marketing, or adjacent sectors.
• Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company objectives and market trends.
• Team Development: Mentor and train your team to enhance their skills and maximize their performance, fostering a high-performing and motivated sales culture.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to identify their needs and deliver tailored advertising solutions that meet their goals.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales metrics and team performance regularly to ensure targets are met and implement necessary adjustments to strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within Commercial Real Estate, Digital Advertising, or Marketing.
