Job Description: Bio Sheet Update Coordinator

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bio Sheet Update Coordinator to manage the annual and ad hoc updates of bios with our brokers. This role involves coordination with multiple departments to ensure bios are current, compelling, and aligned with our brand messaging. The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between brokers, the marketing team, and other internal departments to generate innovative ideas for our pursuits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update Coordination: Regularly collaborate with brokers to gather and update bio information, ensuring thorough and accurate content.

• Marketing Collaboration: Send updated bios to the Marketing team for review, incorporating their feedback and suggestions to enhance overall presentation.

• Digital Marketing Integration: Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to ensure all updated bios reflect on our digital platforms and marketing materials, maintaining consistency across all channels.

• Interdepartmental Communication: Liaise with other departments as necessary to brainstorm and implement creative strategies that promote our pursuits.

• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the bio update process for efficiency and effectiveness, proposing new initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience in marketing or a related field is preferred.
