Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Government Solutions Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives targeted at municipalities, state and local governments, and specialized physical and digital infrastructure solutions for government and federal entities. In this role, you will spearhead team efforts to enhance our market presence and drive growth through innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy Development: Devise and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs of government and federal clients.
• Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a cross-functional team to execute marketing plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
• Prospect Identification: Conduct market research and identify potential government clients and decision-makers to expand our client base.
• Proposal Development: Oversee the creation of compelling proposals that address client needs and demonstrate the value of our physical and digital infrastructure solutions.
• Market Analysis: Analyze trends within the government sector to inform our positioning and marketing tactics.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, engineering, and product teams to refine our offerings and communicate our value proposition effectively.
• Performance Tracking: Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize impact.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, ideally within the government or technology sectors.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing marketing teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and market trends to inform decision-making.
• Familiarity with government procurement processes and regulations is a plus.
