We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing and Customer Service Manager to join our team in the non-profit sector. This role is pivotal in enhancing our marketing strategies, improving customer engagement, and managing our recreational facility’s outreach programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- 
Management & Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations in a retail and recreational facility environment, ensuring exceptional service and effective team collaboration.

Marketing Strategy Development: Craft and implement innovative marketing campaigns to promote our programs and services, utilizing both traditional and digital marketing channels.
 - 
Customer Service Excellence: Foster a customer-centric culture by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
 - 
Volunteer Management: Coordinate volunteer recruitment, training, and engagement initiatives using volunteer management software, ensuring timely and efficient program execution.
 - 
Digital Marketing: Manage social media platforms and online presence to effectively communicate our mission and attract community involvement. Familiarity with Digital Cheetah or similar platforms is essential for managing digital communication and tracking engagement metrics.

Program Development: Collaborate with community partners to design and enhance recreational programs that align with our mission, promoting accessibility and engagement among diverse populations.
 
Qualifications:

Relevant experience in management, marketing, retail, customer service, or recreation facility roles, preferably within a non-profit context.

Proficiency in volunteer management software and social media platforms to effectively engage with the community and track program success.
