Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for funnel metrics tracking and analysis on a weekly basis to identify and close gaps in our marketing strategies. You will coordinate closely with the Marketing team to execute demand-generation campaigns, organize events, and identify areas for channel improvements.

You will also be instrumental in leveraging digital tools and providing training to enhance overall efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your analytical mindset and collaborative spirit will help drive our marketing initiatives and optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze funnel metrics weekly to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on the design and execution of demand-generation campaigns and events.
• Implement and refine channel strategies to maximize effectiveness and engagement.
• Evaluate and adopt digital tools to streamline marketing operations and enhance productivity.
• Provide training and support to team members to ensure the effective use of marketing tools and practices.
• Monitor and report on the success of campaigns and initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in marketing operations, analytics, or a related area.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with demand-generation marketing strategies and techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
