Key Responsibilities:

• Proposal Management: Oversee the development and submission of proposals, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Interview Coordination: Manage the scheduling and logistics of interviews, collaborating with various departments to ensure a seamless process.
• Marketing Initiatives: Participate in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies, working closely with Marketing Coordinators and the Communications Coordinator to promote our services effectively.
• Trade Show Management: Coordinate logistics for the IMS Studio Tradeshow, including booth design, materials, and promotional items.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure that all marketing efforts are cohesive and aligned with company objectives.
