• Provide expert advisory services to clients, helping them navigate complex HR challenges and making recommendations tailored to their specific business needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Strong understanding of HR technology and digital solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in marketing techniques and experience in implementing outreach programs is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
