• Marketing Strategies: Craft and execute comprehensive marketing plans that encompass advertising, promotions, and publications to attract potential tenants and foster brand awareness.

• Advertising: Create engaging advertisements across various platforms, ensuring they resonate with target audiences and highlight the unique features of our properties.

• Promotions: Develop promotional campaigns and special offers to drive interest and increase occupancy rates.

• Publications: Produce high-quality marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and digital content, to effectively communicate our offerings and updates to prospective and current tenants.

• Property Management: Oversee rent collections, ensuring timely payments and managing late notices as necessary. Maintain clear communication with tenants regarding payment policies and resolve any related issues.

• Postings: Effectively manage property listings and postings on multiple online platforms, ensuring accuracy and appeal to drive interest.
