We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing and Proposal Coordinator to join our team. This role goes beyond mere coordination; you will take ownership of essential proposals, interviews, and innovative marketing initiatives that drive our organization’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proposal Management: Lead the development and coordination of proposals, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client needs.
• Interview Coordination: Organize and facilitate candidate interviews, fostering a positive candidate experience while ensuring all logistics are efficiently handled.
• Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinators and Communications Coordinator to design and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Tradeshow Management: Oversee all aspects of the IMS Studio Tradeshow, from planning and logistics to execution and follow-up, ensuring a streamlined and impactful presence at industry events.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to gather insights and resources, promoting cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
