Job Description: Machine Learning Infrastructure Engineer

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Infrastructure Engineer to join our Digital & Technology Teams. In this role, you will play a critical part in establishing scalable machine learning infrastructures, developing data pipelines, and creating robust deployment frameworks that support our organization’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Development: Design, implement, and maintain scalable machine learning infrastructures to support diverse business applications.

• Data Pipeline Creation: Develop efficient data pipelines that facilitate the seamless flow of data from various sources, ensuring high-quality data for machine learning models.

• Deployment Frameworks: Collaborate with software engineering teams to create and optimize robust deployment frameworks that enable consistent model delivery and performance monitoring.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, marketing, and enterprise stakeholders, including senior leadership and partners, to align machine learning initiatives with business goals and strategies.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and translate technical concepts into actionable insights.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in machine learning and infrastructure design, implementing improvements to enhance scalability and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in establishing machine learning infrastructures and data pipelines.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and tools for managing data (like Spark, Kafka).
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams.
• Experience engaging with senior leadership and presenting complex information effectively.
