Job Title: Digital and Corporate Marketing Lead

Partners Federal Credit Union is seeking a strategic and innovative Digital and Corporate Marketing Lead to spearhead our marketing initiatives. In this dynamic role, you will oversee our marketing efforts within the digital banking and marketing platforms, including social media, marketing automation tools, and select external websites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and member engagement across digital platforms.
• Oversee content creation and distribution across social media channels, ensuring alignment with corporate messaging and marketing objectives.
• Manage marketing automation processes to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness, leveraging data analytics to drive decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a cohesive marketing approach that supports corporate goals and enhances member experience.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in our digital marketing efforts.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize future marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing and corporate communications, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Strong proficiency in social media management, content creation, and marketing automation tools.
