Job Description: Omni-Channel Sales and Brand Standards Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Omni-Channel Sales and Brand Standards Manager to lead our in-store selling model and drive seamless integration between digital and physical retail environments. This position is critical in ensuring all brand standards are met, including merchandising strategies, Plan-O-Grams (POGs), and marketing initiatives, while also identifying opportunities for continual improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In-Store Selling Model Implementation:

    • Drive sales performance through effective execution of in-store merchandising and promotional strategies that align with brand standards.
    • Collaborate with store teams to create a compelling customer experience, ensuring adherence to visual merchandising guidelines and Plan-O-Grams.
  • Omni-Channel Strategy Execution:

    • Implement and optimize processes supporting digital strategies, including Ship from Store (SFS), Same-Day Delivery (SDD), and Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store (BOPIS) initiatives.
    • Work closely with e-commerce teams to ensure seamless integration of online and offline customer experiences.
  • Brand Standards Compliance:

    • Monitor and ensure adherence to all brand standards across merchandising, marketing, and customer service aspects in both digital and physical locations.
    • Conduct regular audits and provide feedback to improve compliance and drive performance.
  • Training and Development:

    • Provide ongoing training and support to store teams on brand standards, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging feedback and innovative ideas from team members.
  • Collaboration & Communication:

    • Liaise between marketing, product development, and store operations teams to align on strategic initiatives and promotions.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding performance metrics and project outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in retail management, with a strong understanding of both in-store and digital sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Passion for the brand and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
