Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Gift Card Business Strategist to lead the strategy, innovation, and execution of Red Lobster’s gift card initiatives across all channels, including in-restaurant and digital platforms. This role is crucial in creating a differentiated and desirable gift card experience that drives customer engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development:

   • Formulate and implement a comprehensive gift card strategy that aligns with Red Lobster’s overall business goals.
   • Identify market trends and consumer insights to enhance the gift card offering.

2. Innovation:

   • Drive innovation in gift card products and services to ensure a unique and appealing proposition for customers.
   • Explore new formats, partnerships, and promotional activities to maximize gift card adoption.

3. Execution:

   • Oversee the end-to-end execution of gift card programs, ensuring timely launch and integration across all channels.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and an exceptional customer experience.

4. Sales & Marketing Integration:

   • Partner closely with the Marketing team to create compelling and effective campaigns that promote gift card sales.
   • Develop strategic merchandising plans that highlight gift cards in various settings, such as in-restaurant displays and digital platforms.

5. Performance Analysis:

   • Monitor sales performance and customer feedback to continuously optimize the gift card program.
   • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, recommending adjustments based on findings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in strategy, sales, or marketing, preferably in the retail or hospitality sector.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
