Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Business Analyst to join our dynamic team, where you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technology and business needs. This position is provided by our Digital & Technology department and will require collaboration with stakeholders from Marketing, Sales, and other key business areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with digital strategies.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring clear communication between stakeholders and the development team.
• Evaluate and implement digital solutions that enhance marketing and sales efforts, improving overall customer engagement.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in digital operations.
• Conduct data analysis and generate insights to drive strategic decisions, focusing on enhancing efficiency and effectiveness across various platforms.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to capture business objectives and determine the best digital approach.
• Support the development of digital marketing strategies through analytics, reporting, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital business analysis, preferably in the marketing or sales domain.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies and tools, along with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
