We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support the development and execution of effective marketing materials across digital and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning client events and seminars that align with our brand and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Material Development: Create and oversee the production of high-quality marketing materials that effectively communicate our offerings and enhance brand visibility across digital channels.
• Digital Engagement: Actively engage with clients through various digital platforms, ensuring they are informed about our services, offerings, and updates, including Morgan Stanley Online and Morgan Stanley Mobile.
• Event Planning: Organize and implement client events and seminars, focusing on client engagement and education. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence by developing content strategies, regular updates, and engagement tactics that reflect our brand’s voice and priorities.
• Client Communication: Confirm client authorization for digital tools and provide assistance in utilizing these platforms effectively for optimal client experience.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
