Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Management: Analyze and enhance our suite of digital tools and services that support patient onboarding, ensuring they meet the needs of both clients and end-users.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with operations, engineering, sales, marketing, regulatory, and client teams to align product features with market needs and compliance requirements.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data to inform product development, identify trends, and make recommendations for future enhancements that will drive user engagement and satisfaction.
• User Research: Conduct user testing and gather feedback to ensure our digital offerings remain user-friendly and effective in meeting patient needs.
• Documentation: Create clear documentation and reports that outline product specifications, user stories, and development progress for stakeholders.
• Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to proactively suggest areas for innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across departments.
• Knowledge of patient onboarding processes and digital healthcare tools is a plus.
