Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Pre- and Post-Transplant Services Specialist to join our team, focusing on testing services and digital healthcare solutions that enhance the patient journey. The successful candidate will serve as a key bridge between our internal stakeholder functions—including Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, and Research & Development—and external customers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize testing services and digital healthcare solutions that support patients before and after transplant procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align service offerings with market needs and regulatory requirements.
• Develop strong relationships with external customers, providing them with expert guidance and support.
• Leverage knowledge of molecular biology to inform service enhancements and improve patient outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing training and education efforts to remain abreast of the latest developments in transplant care and digital health technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in healthcare services, particularly within transplant or molecular biology sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and a commitment to enhancing the patient experience through innovative solutions.
