Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Portfolio Manager to oversee our innovative suite of digital tools and integrated programs aimed at enhancing patient onboarding experiences. In this role, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio that includes service offerings and technology solutions designed to streamline processes for our healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive portfolio that supports patient onboarding through effective use of digital tools and integrated programs.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, sales, marketing, regulatory, and client services, to ensure alignment and drive successful outcomes.
• Analyze market trends and gather insights to inform product development and strategic direction.
• Engage product analysts to facilitate data-driven decision-making and enhance portfolio performance.
• Design and implement strategies to optimize user experience and improve patient engagement during onboarding.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of portfolio initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the patient onboarding process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in managing portfolios, preferably in healthcare or digital services.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with the regulatory landscape in healthcare is a plus.
• Passion for improving patient experiences through technology and integrated services.
