Job Description: Bio Sheet Update Coordinator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bio Sheet Update Coordinator to manage the annual and ad hoc updates of bio sheets in collaboration with brokers. This role will serve as a liaison between various departments, ensuring that all marketing materials are current and effectively communicated.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Annual & Ad Hoc Updates:

   • Coordinate the compilation and updating of bio sheets with brokers on a regular basis.
   • Ensure that all information is accurate, up-to-date, and reflects the latest company developments.

2. Collaboration with Marketing:

   • Send updated bio sheets to the Marketing team for review and input.
   • Work closely with Marketing to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all bio sheets.

3. Cross-Department Engagement:

   • Share finalized bio sheets with the Digital Marketing team to update online profiles and other digital platforms.
   • Collaborate with additional departments as necessary to brainstorm and generate creative and innovative ideas for strategic pursuits.

4. Internal Resource Coordination:

   • Engage with various internal resources to gather insights and information that will enrich the content of bio sheets.
   • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure everyone is aligned on objectives.

5. Creative Initiative:

   • Actively contribute to team brainstorming sessions, fostering an environment of creativity to enhance marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management and collaborative tools.
• Experience in marketing or related fields is a plus.
