We are seeking a talented and motivated Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing communications related to frequently asked questions (FAQs), product demonstrations, and other educational content. Your collaboration with marketing, UX, and product teams will be crucial to ensure that our messaging is cohesive and consistent across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain comprehensive FAQs that address customer inquiries effectively and enhance user experience.
• Develop engaging product demos that showcase features and benefits, aiding users in understanding product functionality.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, UX, and product teams to align messaging and support overall brand strategy.
• Design scalable learning assets, including onboarding guides, microlearning modules, and self-service content, to enhance employee and customer knowledge.
• Leverage digital platforms, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), to deliver and track learning materials effectively.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning assets and communication strategies, making adjustments as necessary to improve engagement and understanding.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in communications, instructional design, or content creation.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms and learning management systems.
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments.
• Creative problem-solver with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Familiarity with the latest trends in digital learning and development.
