We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Transplant Solutions Specialist to join our team, focusing on testing services and digital healthcare solutions throughout the pre- and post-transplant patient journey. As a leader in the industry, you will play a crucial role in coordinating efforts between internal stakeholder functions—such as Sales, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, and Research & Development—and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and enhance testing services and digital healthcare solutions tailored to the needs of transplant patients.
• Engage with healthcare providers and stakeholders to promote innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes during the transplant journey.
• Leverage your expertise in molecular biology to provide insightful recommendations and guidance on testing protocols and product development.
• Support the integration of digital health tools into existing workflows to streamline processes and enhance patient care.
• Act as a liaison between internal departments and external partners, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on project goals.
• Analyze market trends and provide feedback to drive strategic initiatives in the transplant solutions space.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in the healthcare or biotechnology industry, with a focus on transplant solutions.
• Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape and product development processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
