We are seeking a dynamic Customer Acquisition Specialist to drive efficient customer acquisition strategies across both digital and traditional channels. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Portfolio Marketing team to develop and implement innovative campaigns that optimize our outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize and execute customer acquisition plans utilizing a mix of digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Collaborate with the Portfolio Marketing team to align messaging and campaigns with overall brand objectives.
• Leverage expertise in various digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, PPC, and email marketing, to attract new customers effectively.
• Utilize and manage marketing tech stacks and CRM platforms to streamline customer interactions and track acquisition metrics.
• Perform in-depth analyses using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop a deep understanding of target customer segments to tailor acquisition strategies that resonate and convert.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer acquisition, ideally in a digital marketing context.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, techniques, and best practices.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing technology tools.
• Experience with marketing analytics tools and data analysis to derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
