Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Bilingual Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in digital marketing and social media platforms to develop and implement effective sales strategies that resonate with our diverse customer base across North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, and Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their marketing needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Promote Norsan Media’s comprehensive suite of services, including radio, print, and digital platforms.
• Utilize social media and digital marketing strategies to generate leads and enhance brand awareness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative marketing campaigns and events that engage target audiences.
• Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is required.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in media, marketing, or advertising.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and their impact on brand engagement.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
