Job Title: Finance Intermediary Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Intermediary Specialist to serve as a key link between the Finance department and various operational teams, including Internal Audit, Tax, Revenue Management, and Marketing. This pivotal role will focus on driving process improvements and facilitating digital transformation initiatives within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Interdepartmental Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between the Finance team and departments such as Internal Audit, Tax, Revenue Management, and Marketing, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on shared objectives.

Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current financial operations and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement innovative solutions that enhance workflow and productivity.

Digital Transformation: Lead initiatives aimed at digitizing financial processes, leveraging technology to streamline operations and improve data accuracy and accessibility.

Data Reporting: Play an integral role in advancing the integration of Snowflake with PowerBI reporting, ensuring accurate data visualization and reporting capabilities that support informed decision-making across the organization.

Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to team members and other departments on new processes and tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.

Analysis and Recommendations: Conduct thorough analyses of financial data and departmental needs, offering actionable insights and recommendations to enhance overall financial performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial operations, process improvement, or digital transformation projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly PowerBI, and familiarity with Snowflake or similar data warehousing solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments.
