We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bilingual Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives that promote our diverse range of services in publication, digital marketing, and social media platforms across North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, and Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster and maintain relationships with clients in multiple markets, understanding their unique needs and objectives.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, leveraging Norsan Media’s offerings to create tailored marketing solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns across radio, print, digital, and events.
• Utilize bilingual skills to engage a broader audience and enhance client communication.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to respond to client inquiries and needs effectively.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in media, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
