We are seeking a proactive and experienced professional to lead our most important strategic data and digital transformation initiatives. This individual will play a critical role in shaping our data strategy and enhancing digital touchpoints, working closely with senior leadership to drive innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Partnership & Advisory:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Data Officer (CDO), offering insights and recommendations on data governance and digital strategies.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align data initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.

• Data Strategy Development:

  • Shape and implement a comprehensive data strategy that supports business growth and enhances decision-making processes.
  • Identify opportunities for leveraging data analytics to drive operational improvements and foster a data-driven culture.

• Digital Transformation Leadership:

  • Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
  • Advocate for innovative digital solutions to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Engage with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and challenges related to data and digital solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and presentations to share insights and best practices in data management and digital transformation.

• Performance Measurement:

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of data and digital initiatives.
  • Monitor trends and outcomes, providing regular reports to stakeholders on progress and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data strategy, digital transformation, or related fields.
