Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, and R&D, to develop and implement strategies that improve our digital healthcare offerings.
• Engage with external customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance the transplant process.
• Utilize knowledge of molecular biology to inform product development and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Drive initiatives that promote the adoption of our digital healthcare solutions among healthcare providers and patients.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to continually refine and improve service offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of molecular biology and its applications in healthcare.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
