We are seeking a motivated Salesforce Specialist to join our team, focusing on enhancing lead quality and conversion metrics in collaboration with the Marketing department. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless integration of our marketing strategies with Salesforce capabilities, driving successful lead generation and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to analyze lead quality and optimize conversion processes.
• Manage and streamline the Service Agreement workflow within Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools to track lead performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Implement best practices for data entry, tracking, and follow-up processes in Salesforce.
• Train and support team members in using Salesforce effectively to maximize lead management and conversion outcomes.
• Assist in identifying new opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements within Salesforce.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience working with Salesforce, preferably in a marketing or sales support role.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.
• Knowledge of lead generation and conversion strategies is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
