About the role

As a true people person, you’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, working alongside a talented and dedicated team of Digital Marketing professionals. You’ll work with a stimulating variety of clients across diverse industries and services.

As an experienced Account Manager, you’ll get to use your exceptional organizational skills to keep track of deliverables and help ensure that the quality of work done is of the highest standards. Responsibilities include:

Develop Professional Relationships

  • Leverage your research, creativity, communication, and relationship-building skills to foster partnerships with a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Actively work to increase client’s web knowledge by engaging them in online and on-site trainings, sharing articles, videos, etc.
  • Build strong long-term relationships with clients by proactively identifying and communicating new opportunities.

Oversee Client Relations

  • Conduct periodical surveys and maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

Strategy & Execution

  • Work with the team to develop and present digital marketing strategies and action plans for client accounts and oversee their smooth execution.
  • Prepare proposals in collaboration with specialist teams.
  • Prepare reports and conduct follow-up meetings where necessary.

Project Management

  • Collaborate and coordinate with all the teams working on the account to deliver the highest quality solutions for clients.
  • Oversee all internal and external projects.
  • Prioritize the needs of production in terms of resources, time and budget.
  • Budget Management
  • Define, oversee, monitor and analyze all budget & cost strategies and executions.


Qualifications & Skills

  • 2 years of experience in Account Management.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities.
  • Experience and knowledge in digital marketing (SEM) (SEO) and/or conversion rate optimization, affiliate programs, digital display campaigns. social media web analytics, etc.) is a plus.
  • Professional curiosity, resourceful, proactive and solutions-oriented.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interest in the Web and its evolution.
  • Discrete with a high level of professionalism towards sensitive information.
  • Fluent in English (bonus for French).
