Job title: Digital Product Marketing Manager

Job description: The David Aplin Group, one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies has partnered with our client in the Etobicoke area to recruit for a Digital Product Marketing Manager. This is a 12-month contract position, with the potential for extension. Compensation for this role begins at $33 per hour.

The Role:

• Create digital marketing campaigns and promotions to attract new customers
• Communicate the vision and value of our new product to our users and internal teams
• Build product messaging that sets our new product apart from others in the marketplace to give it unique selling points
• Collaborate with internal teams and lead the charge to engage customers
• Build a digital marketing strategy that will start with filling the top of the funnel and as we refine our customer base and product, move to a performance marketing model
• Research competitor pricing, marketing content, and strategies
• Create press releases and briefings
• Work with the Marketing team to create, execute, and deploy/deliver the required marketing assets
• Create content such as case studies, videos, website copy, etc.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years working in a product marketing capacity
• Previous background in B2B or B2C marketing with exposure to developer marketing or platform business models
• Experience with logistics or similar industries would be considered an asset
• Beta version are being used by customers
