Senior Director Digital Health Growth

Reporting to the VP Digital Health, the Senior Director is responsible for the overall strategy and execution of key platform growth enablers for PC Health in the consumer market. Lead the strategic planning and execution of onboarding and activation programs, user marketing and communications, as well as loyalty and promotions to support the enterprise’s strategic priorities objectives for PC Health.

You will work with cross-functional teams and senior leadership across the enterprise to build out, analyze and prioritize digital health growth strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans. The Senior Director will also work closely with our pharmacy and healthcare business leads, marketing teams, strategic partners, as well as the operations, data & analytics and information technology teams, to identify, plan and execute digital health engagement, user marketing and content opportunities. In this capacity you will lead collaborations and build analytical models to assess opportunities and determine the impact of innovative digital health growth initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and launch digital health growth and engagement strategies to support enterprise strategic objectives in health and wellness
  • Partner with the data & analytics teams to improve the personalization and effectiveness of user targeting and engagement strategies, including measuring and demonstrating improved outcomes resulting from those strategies
  • Develop and lead detailed execution and implementation plans across a cross-enterprise, cross-functional team both centrally and with key partners
  • Build and coach an extraordinary team
  • Lead day-to-day coordination of large cross-functional, cross-enterprise growth projects and initiatives, resolving issues as needed
  • Partner with other PC Health leaders to build roadmaps and strategies to grow active users through the improvement of platform features and functionality over time
  • Be accountable for meeting engagement and user activation targets for PC Health
  • Ensure relevant and timely ongoing reporting of growth engagement metrics
  • Identify strategic opportunities in the digital space related to pharmacy and healthcare and support build out and implementation
  • Develop and refine use cases, opportunity assessments, financial models and other related business planning material
  • Become the subject matter expert in digital health growth and engagement, as well as relevant regulatory and industry developments

What You’ll Need:

  • 10+ years’ experience in digital products with a focus on consumer growth strategies
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytics skills with a data and experimentation-driven mindset
  • Must be able to develop business cases with accompanying investment metric models
  • Proven track record of execution excellence with ability to be proactive on deliverables
  • Work within a multifaceted rapidly growing and evolving environment
  • Ability to work with cross-functional departments in a matrixed organization to achieve business goals
  • Ability to support negotiations and partnerships with external vendors and business partners
  • Ability to understand healthcare regulatory frameworks and healthcare ecosystem
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills, combined with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
