Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operator to join our team in Richmond, British Columbia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the accurate and efficient receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of products to meet the company’s high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
– Receive and process warehouse stock products, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of receipt
– Pick, pack, and scan orders according to company standards and procedures
– Assist in managing inventory through proper handling, documentation, and movement of stock
– Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety standards
– Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers
– Participate in regular physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy in stock levels
– Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of service to our customers

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred
– Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time
– Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
– Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification is an asset
