What is a Marketing Specialist at Appnovation?

As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of our marketing operations, driving revenue-generating marketing activities.

Your primary focus will revolve around a comprehensive set of marketing tools and capabilities to support our Go-to-Market and Sales teams, while advancing us in the areas of marketing automation and digital engagement

How is this in the daily activities?:

• Design and implement marketing campaigns to drive demand generation and sales growth.
• Utilize your expertise in marketing automation tools such as Pardot, Marketo, Mailchimp, etc., to streamline processes and enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO and SEM, to optimise online presence and drive targeted traffic.
• Analyze data and metrics to drive insights, optimise performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives, especially Sales team.

What we ask:

• Proven experience in marketing operations, with a strong focus on revenue marketing and demand generation.
• In-depth proficiency in marketing automation tools such as Pardot, Marketo, Mailchimp.
• A demonstrated passion for digital marketing, including a solid understanding of SEO and SEM strategies.
• Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Deep understanding of B2B revenue marketing and its intricacies.
• Knowledge of HTML for cosmetic edits and email alterations.
• BDR or direct sales experience is a plus

Title: Project Engineer

Location: Calgary, AB

Salary: CAD $80,000 – $100,000 per year

Project Engineer

Our company is seeking a Project Engineer to join our team in Calgary, AB. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and project management, with a focus on delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. The Project Engineer will be responsible for leading project teams, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring that project goals are met.

Responsibilities:

– Lead project teams in the successful execution of engineering projects
– Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
– Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
– Oversee project procurement and subcontracting activities
– Monitor and report on project progress, including quality, safety, and financial metrics
– Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies
– Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure effective project delivery

Qualifications:
