Job Description

Position: Full-Time Customer Service and Sales Support

We are currently looking for a full-time Customer Service and Sales Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients on a daily basis. This includes addressing customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing product information and support to potential and existing customers.

Key responsibilities:
– Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
– Provide product information and support to potential and existing customers
– Process customer orders and returns
– Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints
– Assist with sales-related activities including lead generation, cold calling, and appointment setting
– Work closely with the sales team to provide support and assistance as needed
– Maintain accurate customer records and update customer information in the database

Qualifications:
– 1+ years of customer service or sales support experience
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
– Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
– Experience working with CRM software is a plus
