Job Description

Title: Program Manager

Location: Ontario, CA

Salary: $90k – $110k

A reputable non-profit organization is seeking a Program Manager to join their team in Ontario, CA. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of various programs aimed at serving the community. This individual will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of programs that align with the organization’s mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute strategic plans for program initiatives
– Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners
– Oversee program budgets and resource allocation
– Monitor program performance and evaluate effectiveness
