Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Our client, a reputable professional services firm in Toronto, is currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO and other senior executives. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and organized individual with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

– Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and senior leadership team
– Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
– Prepare and coordinate internal and external communications, including emails, letters, and reports
– Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners
– Assist with the planning and execution of corporate events, meetings, and conferences
– Prepare and edit presentations, documents, and other materials as necessary
– Conduct research and compile data as required
– Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
– Manage special projects and other duties as assigned

Requirements:

– 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting C-level executives
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
– Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
